About Prix PAC
Radif Partners
Publisher of a neutral calculator of the cost, grants and savings of a heat pump in France, with no quote request
Prix PAC is published by Radif Partners. It answers the question tens of thousands of French homeowners ask every month when they think of replacing their boiler: what will a heat pump really cost me after grants, and how much will it save in my home?
Why this site exists
On that question, the top results are trade directories that give a national range before asking for your details, grant sites that show an amount only after you create an account and agree to a call back, and articles that copy another year’s scales. This site works out in a minute, with no contact details, the price, the 2026 MaPrimeRénov’ grant, the CEE bonus in official kWh cumac, the out-of-pocket cost and the yearly saving of a heat pump with your département’s real climate (Météo-France degree days).
Where the figures come from
Scales come from the Service-Public pages, decree 2020-26 on Légifrance and the CEE sheets published in the Official Journal. CEE prices come from the national Emmy registry, energy prices from the CRE, Eurostat and the European Commission. We computed each département’s climate ourselves from ten years of Météo-France daily records. Real-world heat pump efficiency comes from ADEME’s measurement campaign. Everything is set out, with its limits, in the method.
What we are not
Radif Partners is not the Anah, France Rénov’, an energy supplier, an installer or a CEE agent. We file no applications, pass your project to no one, take no commission and ask for no contact details. Only the Anah sets MaPrimeRénov’, and the CEE bonus is the one the firm puts in writing before you sign.
Funding and data
The site is free and needs no sign-up. The calculation runs in your browser: your income, floor area or consumption are sent nowhere. If it ever shows advertising, it will never sit above the calculator or be presented as a recommendation, and no installer will be able to pay to appear.
Why an English version
Every page exists in English for foreign homeowners settled in France, often in older oil-heated houses, who are meeting MaPrimeRénov’, energy-savings certificates and the reference tax income for the first time: the French terms are explained, amounts stay in euros.
